Pros

Very relaxed environment. There was never much stress put on me because I was a student tutor.

Cons

Not very ambitious peers, easy to get into, if you can afford it you can get in.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more selective, make courses more challenging

    Pros

    Short hours
    The pay is good
    Get to met the teachers
    Helps you study
    Great way to meet people

    Cons

    Some labs can be long and go over the allotted time
    Some kids are hard to deal with
    Your supervising a lab so kids will ask you random question so be ready for anything

    Nothing it was the best decision I ever made

    I have been working at Georgia Southern University part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    It helped to have employment while attending school. The hours were incredibly flexible, and they worked to ensure that you had the time you required to go to class, etc.

    Cons

    The pay is largely poor. I was unique in that I was a student that was able to make more than minimum wage, which is something that is quite rare. But even for my position and responsibility, I was largely underpaid.
