An independent challenging and rewarding project

Pros> Independence in work hours
> Challenging work
> Ability to consult with wide variety of peers
> Honed presentation skills

Cons> Salary isn't spectacular for undergrad research work
> Sometimes it was hard to find a direction for work because of open ended nature of job
> A lot of the specific job skills were self taught so the first few weeks were challenging
> Workload from research overwhelming at times when combined with classes

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
