I have been working at Georgia Tech full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Top research institution with endless opportunities. Overall working atmosphere is fantastic in a truly international atmosphere.

    Cons

    - Work life balance is not as good as the rankings in 'Best Colleges to for for' say. - The administration procedures are a mess (e.g. approval of international grant applications)

    Advice to Management

Make the administration easier, it takes to much time to submit a grant or even a travel reimbursement can take up to one day.
