Current Employee - Assistant Professor  in  Atlanta, GA
Current Employee - Assistant Professor in Atlanta, GA

Pros

The people are great. Being in downtown Atlanta is also a big plus. Easy access to MARTA and the airport, 30 minutes to airport. Being in the south, there is a bit of a culture shock coming from New York.

Cons

Red tape everywhere. Hard to make changes due to being a public school. Bud Peterson is slowly but surely destroying the little fun that is left at this school.
