I worked at Georgia Tech as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

Good student environment that really caters to the younger crowd. Flexible hours and work environment enables a good work-life balance. Many different labs and projects allow for switching projects and rekindling the spark of interest.

    Cons

Lower pay than typical industry jobs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To keep high talent, the salary needs to be commensurate. Otherwise, the job would be a perfect transition for a graduating student looking for full-time employment.
