I have been working at Gerson Lehrman Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The employees are generally very nice. Great work-life balance. Austin is also a really great city to live in.

    Cons

There is not much upward mobility. People tend to leave within a couple years of being hired and corporate advancement is difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You run a very nice ship, but perhaps you could gain from increasing your salaries. Generally though, management was strong.
