    Work / Life Balance, managers and architects always open to listen then concerns ( technology or management )
    Best place to explore / adopt new technologies

    You should be surprise if you get any bonus

    I worked at GetInsured full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    As a newer entity Get Insured has the opportunity to bring a positive culture to Teams and individual Sales Managers.
    So far they have not performed internally to their professional employees in an honest and trustworthy manner.If this can be modified with a openness and honesty the corporation could become a better working environment.

    Cons

    Company does not walk the talk. They do not keep their word on multiple levels: No compensation plan or HR for over 1yr. Changes to compensation after employment contracts signed (i.e. Shift differential pay ended) Horrible employee health insurance coverage. Many unqualified in senior management roles who show no accountability nor display any desire to do anything but C.Y.A mentality. Micro-managment from Sr. Management of the individual Team Managers. Allow no one to voice constructive opinions or ideas and continue the small-minded
    approach within corporate setting so Agents and employees are choosing to remain silent due to retaliatory/ostracizing employees. Managers and Sr. Management spend a majority of time behind closed doors multiple-multiple times per day. The disconnect between Sr. Management and employees is disheartening & if you speak up to expose these disconnects you paint a corporate target on your back . Professional sales agents are treated as only cogs in filling a call center mentality. GetInsured has failed multiple times to provide the proper developed technology and use Sales Agents who depend on working platforms as laboratory rats for IT development. Sad treatment for some professionals who have more experience & knowledge than those who lead. Sr.project managers and those in power to shape compensation packages are living in the past as the full insurance profession has dramatically changed with Afordable Care Act implementation.
