    Pros

    Nice people
Sense of empowerment (Director level and above)

    Cons

    Senior management
Under-investment for too many years has put us behind the competition
Unrealistic expectations by senior management who don't truly understand online business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Pick a strategy and stick with it. 2. Recognize that the wrongs you have done the past 5 years cannot be undone in 6 months 3. Get out of the way and let people get their jobs done-interference by senior management (who don't understand the details) slows things down, and sends people down the wrong-and unproductive path
