Great non profit to work for.

I have been working at Getty Trust full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGood benefits and free access to two of the best museums in the Los Angeles Area. Also the alternative work schedule is great. Parking is free.

ConsNo chance to move up or get promoted. Getting to work is tough unless you live in brentwood, because of the the location. Its off the busiest freeway in the world 405.
