“Growing from plain old electrical supplies to energy supplies”
Current Employee – been working at Gexpro full-time
Pros – Currently, Jim Hibberd is our CEO. His enthusiasm for his work is highly contagious and has brought new motivation to many. Being one of two US banners for Rexel Holdings USA means that change and growth will continue. That's exciting for many of us.
Cons – Some of the people who work for the company across the country have been here for far too long. Their jobs have changed with technology, but they have not because they don't like change and are merely marking the time until retirement.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep finding people like Jim to lead and inspire us! For many, work can be quite fun and Jim's the kind who makes it so!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
