Current Employee – been working at Giant Eagle part-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Professional company, fair and frequent pay, generous paid time off, employee incentives, promote from within, steady and consistant employment, geat effort into creating a team environment

Cons – A lot of dismissable rhetoric from top management, inconsistant business model, very policy heavy, red tape, always trying to do more with less.

Advice to Senior Management – Be more pragmatic and realistic with company goals and mission. See what is there and not what you want to see.
