Pros

The most incredible product on the market. Gibson guitars are the very best and you get a geat feeling knowing that you are part of such a great tradition of quality and craftsmanship.

Cons

There is only one downside to Gibson...the infamous CEO. Remove HJ from the organization and overnight it would go from the absolute worst place to work, to the aboslute best gig in the manufactuing, marketing, music industry, and web world!

Advice to Senior Management

Hold on tight, put your ego in your back pocket, eventually you WILL be fired, however he will probably continue to pay you for another year or so...ride it like a pony! Take every last penny...don't look back...tell your next employer to read glassdoor.com to understand why you were only there for 6 months.
