Cons
Inertia to the point no new projects move forward in a timely manner. Lack of respect for employees. Culture unwittingly causes own bureaucratic bottleneck.
Advice to Senior Management
Roger appears to have a better handle on the day-to-day operation of the business. It may be wiser if the board were to look in that direction.

If they were any good how could they have put up with HJ for so long? Maybe they should go too. Of course I'm sure they are all probably HJ cronies anyway, but people have to be starting to ask questions about their business sense since the word is definitely out on HJ and Gibson's state. It would be in their best interest (if there is a functioning board) to get HJ out asap. RM is also not who you want on top, and he has fostered the problem and just covered his butt for years now.

Folks, there is no Board. HJ fired the Board because they got in his way. RM is nothing but a lacky who protects his job day in and day out by blaming other people for issues that arise because he and HJ take absolutely no accountability for their actions. He left once, failed miserably and came slithering back. He has no spine. This place is poison and it is because of these two. Shame on Dave for letting it happen.
