I worked at Gigamon full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Solutions are solid and interesting. Will become the leader of the branch. Really high performance appliances.

Cons

high pricing and slow delivery. Crazy management outside US. No respect, no leadership just awful. Sales cycle aroung 6-12 months at least. No strategy, no marketing, no leadership.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Search for better management outside US and be less arrogant.

    -Nice to work at a place where there is a real need in the market for what we do and the competition is far behind/irrelevant.
    -Tons of growth opportunities and career advancements
    -Happy clients that really LOVE Gigamon
    -Great to work with smart, capable and helpful colleagues
    -Great benefits, 401k matching, ESPP program

    NONE! Seriously this is a great place to work!

    I have been working at Gigamon full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Used to be great company with solid product and excellent company culture.

    Cons

    Too many blaming games and pointing fingers by one of the executives. All 3 engr directors already became his scape goats. We have been working without weekends for many months for nothing. Now nobody wants to say the truth and only yes-men can survive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop blame game, recover the company culture!
