Cons

We are underpaid for what we do. The jobs are not departmentalized. We have 10 different things going on, but get paid less than the guy at Genentech that makes broth to feed cells all day long.

Advice to Senior Management

Ladder climbers are infiltrating. Please don't think that the schmoozers are really doing as much as they say. Quiet people work too.
