I have been working at Gilead Sciences full-time

    Pros

Stock purchase plan, good choices in the cafeteria, on site workout facility

    Cons

By the far the worst company I have ever worked for. Gilead is filled with a bunch of entitled jerks that continue to promote a demotivating culture of fear and intimidation. If you speak up you will be ostracized. HR is not your friend. Employees are in constant fear of what senior "management" might do and the consequences. I hate to even call it leadership because there is none. Get out if you can. If you aren't here, avoid at all costs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Completely overhaul your culture and drive values of creativity, innovation, mutual respect, and teamwork. Live the values instead of reciting them.
