Pros

Great place to be for R & D and for potential payoff with great stock options.

Cons

The IT department senior management is constantly being restructured. And no clear goals or expectations were being given. Entrenched management within the IT Group are more concerned with protecting the status quo than to innovate.

Advice to Senior Management

Look to working solutions among your peers when it comes to Information Technology. Further centralize your IT department and demand accountability and metrics from IT management.
