I have been working at Gilead Sciences full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Decent salary and benefits. Good cafeteria and the gym is not bad.

    Cons

Employees do not live their values. Pack dog management with ongoing fights over the leader of the pack. Culture encourages power plays. Senior management retained for longevity and for being lapdogs. Short cuts taken to meet milestones.
