Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in New York, NY

I worked at Girl Scouts USA full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The mission is meaningful and is needed. Understand the need for programs like this for young girls.

    Cons

Too much work, constant shifting around, decisions changed all the time, constant pressure, non stop interruptions. Micro manager supervisor that is not qualified to be a supervisor but is because of tenure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Many employees are there because of tenure. Too much work and not enough employees. No structure whatsoever. Get rid of them!
The location of this chapter is not New York but in Texas. Avoided naming actual state to give more anonymity.
