    Zero career advancement opportunities, no camaraderie or sense of a team working towards a common goal, no work/life balance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reduce frequency and length of tech jargon laden philosophical meetings that do not contribute to the bottom line. Stay more grounded in reality so you can empower your teams. Eliminate redundant middle managers who have mastered the art of doing nothing and who are operating out of business management playbooks from the 90s. Don't stifle and frustrate younger, savvier, and more capable up and coming talent or work them into the ground for no reason other than to burn them out to protect your seniority. True leaders don't have to throw people under the bus out of fear.
