Pros

The view in the office, free food (bagels, snacks, soda, alcohol). Ope space setting results in a lot of inter-personal interaction, both professionally asking for help) and personally (inside jokes, etc). Internship program.

Cons

Long hours, emphasise on face time. Often times high-pressure short deadlines. Bonuses in rsu's

A cool office in a remote location with people who just want to do their job.

    Pros

The actual office space and view is pretty nice. You are high up and can see across the bay. Most of the people who work there are pretty friendly and food like bagels are provided every other day.

    Cons

The office location is pretty remote, which means that almost everyone has to commute rather far to get there. There is a not a very good feeling of team or company morale, which I believe is a result of having too many stuck up fashionistas working there. There also seemed to be too many people who were pretending to know what they were talking about when they weren't qualified to hold the position that they had.

    Advice to Management

Really do your research on potential employees. There were way too many people there who didn't have the experience they claimed to, and had no business working at a tech company.

    Pros

    Flexibility is allowed at work

    Cons

Very tied to founders, there was little to no flexibility for advancement.
