    - Comfortable office with great view from the 33rd floor of downtown SF.
    - Solid training in corporate governance analysis.
    - Young, friendly, social, intelligent work force.
    - Quick promotions/raises.
    - High independence.
    - Flexible vacation granting due to seasonal nature of industry.

    Cons

    - Busy season hours are unforgiving for salary employees.
