I have been working at GlaxoSmithKline

    Pros

The camaraderie and flexibility makes it a great place to work. The ability to pick up shifts when I need to is a great perk as well.

    Cons

The only downside I can think of at the moment is the lack of ability to "climb the ladder" in a quick manner.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire on more of your temps that already know how to the job rather than hiring off of the street.

    - Like working for Public Service: slow and inefficient.
    - Too big fragmented structure.
    - Bottleneck departments.
    - Technically 5-10 years behind other companies.
