Former Employee – worked at GlaxoSmithKline full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – GSK is a professionally managed and 100% Ethical and Fair Company. Skill-enhancement continues throughout, both formally as well as in a subtle, i nformal way. It is not surprising therefore that a whole lot of companies are today led by ex- GSKites.
Cons – Collective attention notwithstanding, in a large ocean that GSK is, individual needs of Employees are at times not given as much attention.
Advice to Senior Management – A more humane approach to address personal needs of employees would ensure retrenchment is brought down to near zero in this otherwise great company to work for.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
