Pros – Always busy and meet a variety of new people.
Cons – Treats their staff TERRIBLY!!!
No yearly reviews.
No raises in an 18 month period.
Promise of promotion by senior management... never followed through with.
Senior Management is NEVER on site, nor are they suppotive of staff and office management.
Advice to Senior Management – Poor treatment of staff members results in the needless high turnover rate of GREAT employees!!!
