Pros

Opportunities are countless for commission. If you like high pressure sales with great dollar pay-off this is the place to work.

Cons

Base pay is minimum wage. In quiet sale time this makes take home pay very low. Only Costco members can get in to view products.

    Pros

    If you work in a good location you have potential to make a lot of money and win tons of prizes. There are always different contests every month.

    Cons

    IF you are not working in a good location it is not worth working for the company. The company has hired 4 new District Managers recently and non of them were hired internally. Commissions have been cut back numerous times over past 2 years causing many to quit. Must sell a lot of phones to do ok..... Lots of idiots working for the company... beware!!

    Advice to Management

    Retention on employees should be a priority, there should also be a way to report bad managers\thieves while remaining anonymous.
