Pros

Very helpful, agent was great at sending out your resumes to only companies you would want to work with. Very good follow up attention as well.

Cons

They will only contact you or place you in positions if you can benefit the company somehow, which makes sense, it is a business.

    Pros

    Great team, favorable marketplace reputation. Company puts you in a position to win. Your destiny in your own hands. Great support and interest from senior management

    Cons

    A little slow on technology investment - seems to have picked up. Need to increase cross selling activities, maybe incentives in place to encourage this,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Address the cons I guess !! Perhaps buying more data, better faster computer systems. More frequent messaging from highest level of company about direction. and stuff happening in other areas of the country

    - Great place to develop raw recruiting skills
    - Earnings potential was there, but very hard for most to achieve

    Cons

    - Management was always concerned about the bottom line and held little regard for their employees.
    - Turnover consistently high resulting in low morale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on compensation plans that will attract and retain better talent. Sr management should come from the industry, which would keep them more in touch with whats going on.
