Pros

Pay wasn't bad, benefits could be better. Mgmt willing to do anything an order to make plan if bonuses at stake

Cons

Don't trust anything you are told, and only half what you can see in writing.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try being honest at least one day a week.

    Pros

    The pay is extremely well for the required responsibilities and credentials. They believe in their workforce. The benefits are also amazing.

    Cons

    The constant traveling from on site location to in site locations is somewhat aggravating and can e costly financially and otherwise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would absolutely suggest that management redefines the ability to advance through the management ladder. The power structure is quite consolidated.

    When hired at Exhibitgroup/Giltspur it had great management, now as GES management is lacking in scope and appreciation
