stress. bad lifestyle.

Houston, TX

Current Employee – been working at Global Industries

ProsGreat Experience.
This company will expose you to important international projects and provide valuable on the job training that you can take with you elsewhere.
Always looking forward and continues to invest for the future.
Its an underdog with potential to make it big.

ConsTerrible Pay. Bad.
Long hours + complicated work + small pay = slave experience
Bad project management team. They buckle a lot of pipe and drop a lot of easy passes.
The Company is not "employee" oriented. They buy equipment and rent equipment. They are not so good with things that think for themselves and they consequently have turnover issues.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on the quality of the employee's individual experience by really getting into the facts of that employees everyday activities. People look at Global as a "practice job." Try to make it just their "job", the one they look foward to working at.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
