Pros

-As a company that is continually growing, advancement opportunities are present.
-There is a good benefits package
-There is potential to work in "laid back" atmospheres like sports arenas and convention centers.

Cons

-The corporate structure makes decision-making a lengthy process
-The compensation is often below average for entry-level
-There is little structure to talent advancement

    Lots of support from a strong community across various diverse locations

    Cons

    Rapid growth lead to promoting those with insufficient skills or network to perform. Having said that, it is still a very complicated issue
