GlobalLogic – “Not a bad place to work”

Pros

Workplace infrastructure was good. Not as large as the other biggies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc. so there are better opportunities for growth.

Cons

Lower on site opportunities as compared to the services companies. Job security lower as your immediate Manager has more power compared to a PM in services companies.

Advice to Senior Management

Make your good employees feel that they are valued. One good employee lost is many, many problems with coding skill, QA issues, deadlines not being met in the long run.
