Pros – As an agent you are your own boss and can make as much money as you want as long as you are persistent in marketing a top of the line logistics program. The customer service is second to none.

Cons – You can lose money with rep liability for loser customers.

Advice to Senior Management – Upper management needs to respond more quickly to agents' emails.
