Pros

Company has worldwide offices with a large amount of company assets.

Cons

Lack of leadership in many cases. The drive out the better people that are trying to make to work environment better. Bad methods, broken equipment and lack of investment in day to day infrastructure.

Advice to Management

Clean house and start from scratch. Too many of the wrong people in leadership roles.

    Pros

    Great people work for this company. Small company so advancement is available but there is a ceiling if you are not french.

    Cons

    Lots of finger pointing, everyone for themselves mentality, lack of communication from management, it is not uncommon to have to work late or drop a project because of a last minute "urgent" task.

    Pros

    Reasonable acomodation within a year of employment, good supervisors and experienced good rapport with the all the globally based customers (North, South America/Caribbean, Europe,Asia and Australia ) ensuring quality of all play out and pass through signals monitored and maintaining communication open with all parties involved with all multilingual customers.

    Cons

    Low pay , constant retraining of new personnel due to low retention of experienced technical personnel.

    Advice to Management

    Retain veteran level personnel in operations that actually enjoyed the job because the pay is horrible.
