Pros

It is always a pleasure to come to work. I love my job. Management is supportive and provides extra motivation. Constructive feedback when reviewing calls is encouraging, especially when days are tough.

Cons

One on one's should be thorough, and limited to 30 minutes or less. Screeners are great. Their work is appreciated. An observation: screen calls a bit more thoroughly. They can be more effective by specifically inquiring about existing service, new service, customer service, or just Internet.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consideration of reps personality is important during feedback. This will aid in producing a positive mental game, and prevent negativity. Management should avoid threatening employment, during meetings with reps as a whole or individually. Positive energy inspires positive production for all.

    Pros

    There is good money to be made if you can close deals and work the ridiculous overtime they ask to work.

    Cons

    Not really any advancement to be made from Sales Rep unless you want to be a Asst Manager if a spot opens up. Manager of a team isn't a option because those managers have been there forever and are stuck in their dead end job. You can't go any higher than a team manager. Your only a number to them, and it doesn't matter if you have been there for three or more years if your closing goes down below of what they want it to be then your fired, You get put on a action plan and told to bring up your closing ratio, but your not given any guidance to see what you can improve to make it happen. There are also better leads given to certain people and they always have a high closing ratio.

    You need better leadership, and you need to actually start caring about your employees.
