Great product! Good locations! Easy Dress code

No respect for personal life. What was sold as a 40 hour work week "because we believe in a work / life balance" quickly turned into 55+ hours per week "MANDATORY". Very stressful environment. Schedules had to be changed on a daily basis. Impossible to plan accordingly. Product shipments come randomly so you cannot plan the schedule. Store is kept at 56 degrees, so employee's always getting sick, we were not allowed to wear sweaters. Upper Management totally disconnected from field

Advice to Senior Management

Spend some time in your stores and see what it's actually like. When a region can turn over 4 DM's, 15 SM's and 100's of employee's in a 6 month time frame that should tell you something.
