Godiva Chocolatier – “Found - a retail management job that truly satisfies.”

Pros

Godiva Chocolatier fosters a positive environment, both for management and sales associates. The pay is competitive and I really feel that it's a place where I can learn and grow within my field. I am very happy here.

Cons

There are very few. I would not recommend Godiva to people who are not willing to work hard to consistently meet sales goals. We are very sales oriented and it is not the place for a manager who is content to go with the flow. We're constantly busy and the company values hands-on management.

Advice to Senior Management

None. Compared to other places I've worked, I think Godiva is fantastic - both as a company and as an employer. Godiva was recently sold - from Campbells Soup to Ulker - and so far all changes have been extremely positive. We're growing and it's an exciting time to join our team.
