ProsGood pay, good training, good advancement opportunities. Your duties are made clear from the start and nothing is too out of reach.

ConsNone really. Some rude members come through but that's about it.

    I worked at Gold's Gym full-time for less than a year


    Pros: They really will help you learn the business, teach you how to train and sell and manage your schedule. They will also hire… Cons: Management can be dangerously incompetent. We were threatened with dismissal if we didn't make goals EVERY SINGLE MONTH. They won't actually fire you unless you… Advice to Senior Management: Take a close look at the management of your individual gyms, if there is an average turn-over of 2 weeks… More
