Unclear expectations.

I have been working at Golden Living full-time for more than 8 years

ProsBenefits standard except recent loss of sick benefit.

ConsCannot count on getting raises or bonuses. Can count on employee cost of benefits rising year to year.

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunicate more frequently and effectively with the employees. Set out expectations clearly.

Pros: Residents and staff are great.
