I have been working at Golden Living full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Competitive pay-Unbelievable resources-Huge growth-Corporate culture encourages caring for co workers and patients-middle management recently trimmed was a very good move!

Cons

growth always means pain; some of the changes are happening a little too quickly to keep up with-there are really very few con's about working for Golden Living

Make sure your transparency is accurate-continue to grow!

    Training, support, mssion of quality care for the residents they care for,

    Communication between the facilities and corporate.

    Good pay, good working conditions.

    Cons

    Little communications, too much talking on cell phones, and no team work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    No cell phone call policy enforced, better team work, better organization, talk plainly to all employees, play no favorites and make sure evaluation is just and not hearsay.
