    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Replace upper management some people have no business being in management wrong attitude and outlook on employer and employee ethics. In order to understand a job you must get your hands dirty first. Not a Slave camp.

I worked at Golden State Foods as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

I found the IT department to be a great place to work. There are lots of projects and you need to be a self starter and be able to budget your time. You will be working with great people and you will be challenged every day. Also, you get free soda!

    Cons

None of any significance. You do need to be a self starter, the department is too busy to hold your hand.
