Current Employee – been working at Golden State Warriors

Pros – It's cool to work for the Warriors Organization. Fun to tell people that's your job. If you do a good job you can make good money. Like any sales job.

Cons – Lots of hours! The team hasn't consistently won games for years which provides a tough product to sell. The fans are great but also growing tired of the losing. Makes it hard to sell them on Thousand Dollar Seat Packages.

Advice to Senior Management – The employees are working hard. Show your appreciation for what they are doing. Applaud successes. Build a better sense of team in the office. There isn't enough communication between departments.
