The worst position I've ever held.

    I worked at Goldline International

    Pros

Pay is generous on the whole. Paid parking or public transit.

    Cons

The numismatic salespeople ('traders') are kings and everyone else is dirt. Management communicates poorly with non-manager employees and often goes out of its way to make them feel small. The company itself is unethical, marketing overpriced gold coins to undereducated investors. They gladly court the endorsement of the far right lunatic fringe (Guns God and Gold!) in order to maximize their reach. That aside, Goldline is a terrible place to work unless you are a star salesperson with no compunction about parting fools from their money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management ought to do a better job of making non-trader employees feel as if their work is valued and respected.
