I have been working at Goldman Sachs
Pros – 1. meritocracy
2. many learning opportunities
Cons – 1. very political
2. long hours, have to be available 24h
Advice to Senior Management – acknowledge that politics drives away quality people, and once few start leaving, more and more will look for options outside
