externally u feel proud of urself, internally, u r struggling

Prosbig deals, only GS&MS can access the deals that can be talked by a whole nation....just happened in China
salary is good, compensation is best on the street
u can work with most senior managers at the very first begining, like me, in one month.... cover big names

Consstressful working environment
"VIP" everywhere, basically not a fair working place
too aggressive colleagues

Advice to Senior Managementif seniors can spend a little more time to explain the detailed requirements to junior people
