Pros – Universally great culture
Amazingly talented and driven people - the #1 reason I decided to work there and I was not disappointed
Great compensation during boom times
Cons – Long hours - you are expected to be on around the clock if necessary
Compensation appears stingy in lean times - they preach being "long-term greedy"
Advice to Senior Management – Stick to what made you great - don't abandon the culture or chase the quick/easy dollar
Continue to invest in your people
