    Pros

Excellenet benefits. The company has some additional perks such as day care and a state of the art gym. Good compensation compared to most on the street.

    Cons

Zero Work life balance unless the company is your family. Know as the Goldman hours.
Overworked. Company needs to look more into improving their systems to comptete.

    Advice to Management

Management should actually listen to what the employees concerns are and don't just throw them under the rug.

    Pros

Colleagues and management are exceptionally smart.
Things get done very quickly due in part to competent employees and a culture of teamwork.

    Cons

Although performance is recognized, politics is equally important.

    Advice to Management

360 performance reviews become meaningless if management can subsequently alter them to fit their objectives.
