    Pros

Very professional and best industry practices. Chance to interact with some very smart people. Competitive environment that will bring out the best out of anyone. Steep learning curve that leaves you satisfied by the end of a couple of years.

    Cons

People are not treated very well. When you are a junior, its not something you notice but after some years, it wears you down. Weekends, holidays and your personal life comes after your job. Face time and hype is sometimes more important than actual work.
