“Too many politics, management distant from reality!”
Former Employee – worked at Goldman Sachs full-time for more than a year
Pros – Access to the client from day one. Responsibility given from day one. Excellent canteen and on-site services such as dry-cleaning.
Cons – Too many jealous co-workers who will ruin your reputation with management by taking credit for work you have done. Management itself is too distant to realize who has performed what duties in any given week.
Advice to Senior Management – Wake up! Take more interest in the relationships team-members have among each other. Know your team.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
