Pros

It's a very flat organization that treats its employees well. The culture is great too. Almost all decisions are made through consensus. Also, they value technology heavily. The firm attempts to use proprietary technology to gain a competitive advantage over other banks. Therefore, unlike other banks, Goldman Sachs' Technology Division is very large and very respected. Furthermore, the people you will meet are absolutely brilliant. It's really been a pleasure working for a place like Goldman Sachs. I was an intern last summer and I look forward to returning as a full-time employee.

Cons

Its a great company to work for but the hours are extremely long. I really can't think of any other weaknesses; I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Goldman.
