    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Goldman Sachs full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

There are still some of the brightest people in the industry there and a great environment to learn from the best.

    Cons

People of integrity are on the decline and self-serving individuals are on the rise. Team work is almost non existent and morale is extremely low.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at your middle management and make sure they can manage the people that report to them and not just themselves moving up the chain.
